Born in Caracas Venezuela, my first memories were spent exploring my love of flavour, childhood holidays were spent traveling South America and Mexico, where I discovered my passion for Latin cuisine and the incredible amount of flavours, colours and textures.

 

Having competed on MasterChef 2023, I have had the privilege of being the best Latin Chef showcasing my talent and innovative approach to cooking Latin cuisine. This propelled me through the quarter-finals and enabled me to cook under Michelin Star chef Peter Sanchez Iglesias, where I "thrived under the pressure".

 

My search for excellence and wanting to reach the highest levels of my ability led me to working at the two star Michelin Raby Hunt, cooking under the visionary James Close, this experience has not only sharpened my technical abilities, but it has also instilled in me a deep appreciation for the artistry and precision required to deliver a high-end dining experience.

Furthermore, my experience has also taught me the importance of using fresh, high-quality ingredients. I prioritize sourcing locally and seasonally, ensuring that every dish I prepare is not only delicious but also sustainable.
